Cost Estimate Phasing & Comparative Cost Analysis

Cost phasing helps designers track financial impacts from the early idea stage to the final design. It also helps use resources efficiently and maximize project value.

We will develop the budget in stages. At 25% completion, we will provide an initial estimate based on early drawings and the project summary. As the design progresses, we will update the budget at the 25% to 50% stage. Between 50% and 75% completion, we will confirm that the budget aligns with available funds. During the Construction Documents phase, we will prepare a detailed estimate using the final drawings to review General Contractor bids.

A comparative cost analysis of multiple design approaches provides the information needed to make informed decisions based on project requirements, preferences, and budget.

Services include expiditing building permit applicvations, site assessment, environmental compliance, resource evaluation, logistical planning, and project schedule development.

Our pre-construction services include permit expediting, regulatory evaluation, project scope definition, constructability risk assessment and mitigation, lead-time analysis, project pricing and bidding, and contractor selection management.

Construction Services

Construction services engage clients throughout the design, planning, construction, and closeout phases. Our services aim to improve efficiency, reduce financial risks, and minimize change orders.

We manage and approve change orders, review contractor progress payments, and monitor the project schedule to ensure timely delivery. We prepare progress reports, maintain comprehensive construction documentation, and represent client interests during punch list activities and final acceptance. We also provide a final project report detailing maintenance and operational procedures.

Maintaining an on-site presence during critical operations and meetings is essential. We streamline change order reviews and provide supporting documentation to validate cost overruns.
